Job Description: Telecaller
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in engaging potential customers, promoting our services, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-centric approach will be essential in achieving our sales and customer satisfaction goals. Experience in healthcare would a plus.
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Answer incoming inquiries and provide accurate information to existing and potential customers.
- Create and maintain a database of potential leads, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Identify and understand the needs of customer, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role will be preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant phone voice.
- Being able to interact with customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Excellent listening abilities and the capability to comprehend customer needs.
